Initiate Your Return

Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoeboxes are protected inside a shipping bag or box.

Print and Attach Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your receipt; you will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
